OWBC’s Clay Shoot Fundraiser is August 26th
Georgetown, Texas, July 26, 2023 – Opportunities for Williamson & Burnet Counties (OWBC) is the local community action agency for Williamson and Burnet Counties. By offering programs like Meals on Wheels, Head Start, and Community Services (case management and utility assistance), OWBC fosters self-sufficiency and independence within the community. Many clients at Opportunities for Williamson & Burnet Counties are low-income individuals and families that need services to ultimately transition out of poverty.
This year, OWBC is holding the 6th annual “Pull, Shoot & Serve” Clay Shoot Fundraiser on Friday, August 25, 2023 from 9am-2pm at Reunion Ranch in Georgetown. This fundraiser is a 10-station clay shoot that includes a light breakfast, lunch, game add-ons, and numerous raffle items.
The fundraiser is “unrestricted” for OWBC, meaning funds raised can be allocated where they are needed most within the agency. For this reason, the Clay Shoot Fundraiser is one of the most impactful fundraisers held by Opportunities for Williamson & Burnet Counties.
Sponsorships ranging from $500 to $10,000 are currently available. Our sponsorship opportunities include a Lunch Sponsor, a Clay Sponsor, Game Sponsors and more. Higher level sponsorships also include free team registration. Any business or organization looking to sponsor the clay shoot will be showcased in marketing materials.
This event recruits the participation of teams of five clay shooters. Team registration is now open online and is $1,500 for a team of five. Interested sponsors and teams can register and learn more on our event webpage.
