Our “Pull, Shoot, & Serve” Clay Shoot Fundraiser, originally scheduled for March 26th, has been rescheduled for Friday, August 27, 2021. We are looking forward to this new date but need to share a few important updates and announcements regarding the event.
All team registrations will still be valid.
• If your team is still able to attend the clay shoot in August, no action is required from teams at this time. If your team is unable to attend the clay shoot in August and requires a refund, please contact Lauren at [email protected] or (512) 763-1400 x 2014.
All sponsorships will still be valid.
• If you would like your sponsorship to be transitioned over to the clay shoot in August, no action is required from you at this time. If your organization is unable to sponsor the clay shoot in August and your organization requires a refund, please contact Lauren at [email protected] or (512) 763-1400 x 2014.
All raffle ticket sales will still be valid.
• If you purchased a raffle ticket for the golf cart/ATV, all raffle tickets will remain valid. Please hold onto the tickets for the clay shoot in August.
