Community Services

Our Community Services Program provides assistance in case management to those who qualify. We meet one-on-one with families, work with their needs and give coaching and assistance to help households increase their income by increasing their job skills, education, and wages as they become competitive in the job market.

Meals On Wheels

As the area’s senior nutrition program, we provide consistent and healthy meals to seniors in need 5 days a week.

Head Start

Head Start and Early Head Start are comprehensive child and family development programs that prepare children from birth to five years of age to become successful school students and productive members of society.

This year, OWBC is holding the 6th annual “Pull, Shoot & Serve” Clay Shoot Fundraiser on Friday, August 25, 2023 from 9am-2pm at Reunion Ranch in Georgetown. This fundraiser is a 10-station clay shoot that includes a light breakfast, lunch, game add-ons, and numerous raffle items.

WHO Ladies of Sun City Raise $71,361 for Meals on Wheels in Georgetown

The “WHO Ladies” of Sun City, otherwise known as, Women Helping Others, completed their 11th Annual Fundraiser for our Meals on Wheels program on October 26th.

Amplify Austin Campaign Raises Over $15,000 for Meals on Wheels

Amplify Austin Day, the 24 hours of online giving in our Central Texas Community, raised over $15,000 for Meals on Wheels of Williamson and Burnet Counties. Read the story here!

We are pleased to partner with many city, county and non-profit organizations to enhance our ability to provide resources to our clients. Individuals may donate to our programs or encourage other agencies or companies to get to know us, understand our mission and help people in our two counties live life with greater dignity.
