The “Pull, Shoot and Serve” Clay Shoot Fundraiser is the only fundraiser at Opportunities for Williamson & Burnet Counties that raises “unrestricted funds.” Unrestricted funds can be used wherever they’re needed most, as they are not required to be allocated to one specific program or need. This type of fundraiser is so crucial to the success of our agency as a whole.
With the funds raised, our agency will be able to:
- provide gift cards for food and necessities to households in need.
- give senior clients supplemental food, hygiene items, warm socks, adult diapers, etc.
- utilize a rainy day fund for when things come up (repairs to our sites/vehicles, staffing increase, etc.)
This year, the fundraising goal for the event is $45,000. Through team registrations and sponsorships, we hope to exceed that goal.
About the Clay Shoot
The Clay Shoot Fundraiser is a 10-station clay shoot, which includes breakfast and lunch. Teams are required to register as a team of 5 for $1,200. Ammo is provided at the event, but all shooters are expected to bring their own gun.
Games are an optional add-on purchase. Most of the games are shooting games, but our 52 Card Draw Game is a card game where the winner will take home a Beretta Silver Pigeon shotgun.
We’re also raffling off a Custom Club Car golf cart that’s worth $10,000. We’re selling tickets and will raffle the golf cart off at the end of the fundraiser.

You don’t have to attend the Clay Shoot to participate. We’re selling raffle tickets for the golf cart raffle NOW, and the winner does not need to be present. Email us at [email protected] to schedule the pickup of your raffle tickets (1 for $25, 5 for $100).
